Attorney Lindsay Jarvis is an experienced Utah criminal defense attorney with more than 10 years of experience defending clients who have been charged with a crime. With extensive experience on both sides of the courtroom, she has prosecuted and defended thousands of DUI, domestic violence, child abuse, and drug-related cases. She dedicates her practice exclusively to criminal defense law and is an aggressive advocate for each of her clients, providing the high-quality and skilled guidance they need to protect their rights.
Education and Experience
Ms. Jarvis earned a B.S. in criminology and a B.S. in sociology from the University of Utah in 2002. She then went on to earn her J.D. at the California Western School of Law in 2004. During her time in law school, she worked with the California Innocence Project, which works to overturn wrongful convictions. After passing the bar exam, she was admitted to practice in the state of Utah in 2005.
Ms. Jarvis worked for several years as an attorney in the West Valley City Prosecutor’s Office and for the City of Saratoga Springs, gaining more than six years of experience in the courtroom as a prosecutor in Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah counties. In 2011, she moved into private practice as an attorney at Allan & Easton, and in 2014, founded her own firm—Jarvis & Associates, where she now devotes her practice to protecting the rights of the accused.

Ms. Jarvis is an active member of the legal community, and is a member of several prestigious legal organizations, including the National Trial Lawyers Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Additionally, she has been honored with several awards, including:
