Attorney Brad Anderson is an aggressive criminal defense attorney with experience in State and Federal Court. Brad devoted his entire law school career, both in the classroom and in the courtroom, to learning criminal defense law. While in law school, Mr. Anderson spent two and a half years working for some of the most prominent criminal defense attorneys in the State of Utah.
Concentrating exclusively on criminal defense law enables Mr. Anderson to provide his clients with the highest quality representation and aggressively defend their rights.
Education and Experience
Mr. Anderson earned a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Utah.While at the University of Utah, he served as a research intern to former U.S. Senator Robert Bennett. After completing his undergraduate degree, he earned his Juris Doctorate from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, where he served on the UACDL’s executive board, earned a Pro Bono certificate for his service to indigent clients, and was a member of the school’s trial advocacy team. Mr. Anderson joined the Law Office of Jarvis and Associates in the Fall of 2014 as a law clerk. After passing the Utah Bar Exam, Mr. Anderson was hired as a full time associate attorney. In addition to his work with our firm, Mr. Anderson is currently working on former Utah Attorney General John Swallow’s case.
